Water-based for easy clean-up. The Gear Rippin' Green paint/sealer is a combination sanding sealer and paint. Both a foam paintbrush and a fine accent paintbrush are provided. The gloss finish adds a high gloss finish to your racer and protects it from soil and fingerprints due to handling. Instructions provided on package.
